This was a hot and dry vintage, resulting in earthy and fruit aromas, flavours of red berries, tobacco, herbs, matched by powerful tannins that promise a long-lasting wine. Aged for two years in oak, it will be ready to drink in 2024 or later; decant it for two hours or, better yet, wait one or two years.
