Beringer 2018 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Beringer is California's longest continually operating winery, having started in 1875. A sophisticated and full-bodied wine, it is a Bordeaux blend of primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot, Petit Vedot and Zinfandel, which gives it soft tannins and a rich structure. It can be enjoyed now, but it will improve with age. It is expensive, but is often on sale. Drink it with grilled meats, roast beef, charcuterie.
