Black Hills Nota Bene 2009

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada

Made from 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot and 16% Cabernet Franc, we enjoyed this 3 liter double magnun at an al fresco dinner for 11 by Lake Okanagan. It was simply superb, everything you'd expect from a high class Bordeaux style red. Vibrant and savoury, dark fruit, plumb, nicely balanced.
