Blue Mountain Vineyard was started in 1971, and has 31 hectares cultivated under the watchful eyes of two generations of the Mavety family. This wild fermented chardonnay, aged in oak for 18 months, is elegant, creamy and light. Nicely balanced tropical and floral flavours.
