This is a special wine which you realize after the first electric sip. Aged for five months in oak, pale straw in colour, aromatic and complex, the taste is crisp, bright and dry balanced with tropical fruit. The 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from the winery's stone and limestone Te Muna vineyard. Drink it next year with raw oysters, camembert, shellfish.
