DAOU 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon

The initial aroma was a bit smokey which is becoming more common as fires rage around vineyards. It did not affect the flavours of stone fruits, spicy oak, herbs, chocolate. A bold and full bodied wine, with silky tannins. Drink it from 2024, but decant for an hour, with grilled meats, burgers, lasagne.
