Those of you who love Châteauneuf-du-Pape and its less well-known neighbour Gigondas, need to try this wine. An elegant blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault, it offers a great balance of ripe fruit and earthy notes. Intense aromas of dark berries, plum and a hint of tobacco, with a full-bodied texture, and smooth, velvety finish. Flavors of dark fruits, earthy spices, oak. The tannins promise this wine will improve over the next two years. Enjoy it with red meats, grilled chicken, cheeses.
