Foxtrot 2019 Chardonnay

Naramata, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada

This delicious wine is sourced from two vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos, BC, where the fruit was able to ripen fully and retain acidity. After malolactic fermentation, 10 months in oak and six months in stainless steel, the result is creamy with flavours of peach, pineapple, honey, vanilla and toasted oak. Nicely balanced and full bodied.
