Free Form 2020 Vin Gris

Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown at Garnet Valley Ranch, this wine was fermented in concrete with natural yeasts and full malolactic fermentation, and was bottled unfiltered. "Vin Gris" is a term meaning a slightly pink wine which results from pressing red grapes and then removing the skins quickly from the juice. Its balance and finesse make it a standout choice for any occasion. Herbal flavours dominate.
