Haywire Winery uses concrete vessels ranging in size from 300 to 5,000 litres, and natural yeasts to minimize additives, and to create wine in its most natural form. Deep ruby in colour, with flavours of blackberry, cherry, pepper and a hint of smoke. This wine is medium-bodied with bright acidity, and a smooth and lingering finish.
