We're glad we waited seven years to drink this elegant Super Tuscan, which had time to soften into a voluptuously smooth wine. Classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, with robust tastes of blueberry, cherry and spice. The name refers to the Roman god of nature who protects the Arcanum estate. Best drunk at 7 to 10 years; definitely worth the wait.
