We're glad we waited eight years to drink this elegant Super Tuscan, as it delivered robust tastes of blueberry, cherry and spice, which had time to soften into a voluptuously smooth wine. The name refers to the Roman god of nature who protects the Arcanum estate. Drink it now (if you can find it) or buy the 2019 vintage and wait until 2025. It is definitely worth the wait. Enjoy it with grilled meats.
