A Super Tuscan mix of Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, fragrant with fruit and spice, medium-bodied, smooth flavours of blackberry, herbs, spice. Each varietal is fermented separately in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation, blending and aging in cement and oak.
