Mission Hill 2019 Compendium

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada

A Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, grown in the desert conditions of the southern Okanagan Valley. Flavours of dark cherry, blackberry, cassis, and a hint of plum. Aged for 18 months in oak, which imparts a touch of vanilla and cocoa. Firm tannins and a touch of minerality.
