This Super Tuscan blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from new vines in Northwest Tuscany represents excellent value. It has aromas of intense fruit with leather and tobacco. Ruby colour led to a dry, full bodied wine with with creamy tannins and cherry and hazelnut flavours. Drink it after 2 hours decanting with tomato-based pastas, beef tenderloin.
