Full-bodied, deep ruby-coloured with a fragrant and fruity nose. Aromas of blackberry, currant and ripe cherry are accompanied by hints of cedar, spice and vanilla. Flavours of dark fruit and sweet oak mingle with notes of tobacco, licorice and dark chocolate. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, leading to a long, elegant finish. This example of Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is one of our favourites.
