This deep ruby Super Tuscan blend of Petite Verdot and Syrah grapes has rich and inviting aromas of black cherry, plum, with hints of violet and spice. It is full-bodied with velvety tannins, flavours of dark fruit, licorice, herbs. The winery was founded in 1984 in a 14th century fortress by artist Sandro Chia, whose pencil sketch is on the label.
