The wine is made with 100% Chenin Blanc from 60 year old vines in the top notch Bel-Air vineyard. Three generations have tended this sustainable vineyard since 1904. Aromas of green apple, peach, lychee, leading to flavours of green apple, honey, minerals, stone, pear, apricot. It is light and dry with balanced acidity.
